RichKey | Medha Raj (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate advisory brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us, including through this website and its enquiry form, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, WhatsApp, phone and email.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
- Your property preferences: budget range, purchase timeline, purpose of purchase, preferred property type, payment preference and where you are currently based.
- Messages and call notes from our conversations with you.
We do not ask for your income, net worth, bank details or identity documents through our lead forms. If you go on to reserve a property, the developer or the Dubai Land Department may require identity documents, which we will request separately.
Meta lead ads (Facebook and Instagram instant forms)
When you submit one of our instant forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms shares the information you entered (and any details Meta pre-fills from your profile, which you can review and edit before submitting) with us. We use it only to respond to your enquiry as described in this policy. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the property you enquired about and similar Dubai properties that match your needs.
- To send you price lists, brochures, payment plans and availability.
- To arrange calls, viewings or meetings.
- To keep records of enquiries and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Property developers (for example, the developer of the project you enquired about), only as needed to process your enquiry or reservation.
- Service providers that help us run our business (for example, CRM, spreadsheet, email, messaging and automation tools, and our marketing agency), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, or email us at the address below. We will act on your request within a reasonable time, in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where it applies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
